**All fines and fees for your child should be paid/waived before participation. **
Children participating in athletics in will have two separate fees assessed per sport. A $10 Athletic Materials fee and a $70 Athletic Participation fee are to be paid for each sport the athlete participates in each year. The $70 Athletic Participation fee is subject to a waiver if your child receives Free or Reduced Price Meals and a completed waiver is on file. The $10 Athletic Materials fee is not subject to waiver. Per School Board policy, athletic fees can only be refunded if your child is cut from the sport or injured. In addition, Athletic Participation fees can be refunded if your child receives Free or Reduced Price Meals.
Girls and Boys Co-Op Swim will have a $55 Materials fee assessed in addition to the $80 in athletic fees starting in 2024-2025.
To pay only the $10 Athletic Materials fee, click on the appropriate item to your left. To pay both fees, click the Athletic Participation fee and the Materials fee will automatically be added on.
**Beginning with 2019-2020 winter sports, all fines and fees must be paid and/or waived prior to participating on an athletic team with the Racine Unified School District.** This includes current and previous school year fees as well as the Athletic Participation and Athletic Materials fees associated with the sport your child is participating in.
Administrative Regulation #3220 states: “Students who have outstanding fees and charges will not be allowed to use a student parking space at the high school, participate in commencement exercises, attend District dances and participate in District sponsored activities or on athletic teams.”
